   Because it was a political event and with participating in it, Jon shows his political view. I guess the whole band hasn’t got the same political view, so it’s only Jon performing here. It’s only my guess.

   My theory is, since this is the slowed-down version of it, they wanted to make it quieter, so the other band members just weren’t needed.But that’s just a theory; I’m not absolutely sure. :-)
